Live, Work & Play in Uptown Columbus

Eagle & Phenix Mills, built in the 1850s, was one of the largest textile mills in the South. Today, Eagle & Phenix Mills provides fine uptown living and dining for Columbus Residents. Gullatte Landscape Architecture (GLA) has been involved in each phase of development. Primary responsibilities included Site Amenity Design, LEED Credit coordination, compliance with SHPO Guidelines, and Landscape Construction Management. Additionally, GLA was responsible for selecting and tastefully placing “Old Mill Artifacts” within the landscape. A Southern plant palette was used to complement the architecture of the Mill Structures.
